Hello. I was 6 days late on my period this month until yesterday when I got my period but it started light pink spotting then was bright red with clots. And the cramps were so terrible. I went to the ER because I thought I was pregnant since I was experiencing nausea, dizziness, bloating, and fatigue but they had a 5 hour wait so we left. What could it be? I m worried

get ur urine pregnancy test done first for confirmation of ur pregnancy. if it shows negative and u hav severe cramps u can take inj mefinamic acid. if it still does not reduce get a pelvic scan done
